I was talking to one of the sales executive from more than 10 day to get good price on Nissan Rogue SV with premium package. Finally the sales executive gave me price for AWD 25703$ with taxes and plates but no Zero % APR. I agreed to that price and went to the sales executive on Aug 1st to buy Rouge. As she knows I went to other dealer and came back to them. She told me I cannot give for that price and she bought new quote by adding 500$ for Zero% apr and 700$ more (saying Nissan removed the discount). Total they gave quote for 26973$ for the same car, which is 1200$ more. Even I have accepted for that asked her process. But the problem is when they delivered they gave me 2WD instead of AWD for 26973$ which is more than AWD price. That I did not release on delivery. when I realized I asked the sales executive, they did not respond properly and saying we delivered right one. Can anyone think if AWD is quoted for 25703$ including taxes and plates for premium package, why someone pay for 2WD 26973$? Which is more than AWD? It is bad and experience I have faced. I asked them to replace my car with AWD or give me the price difference they did accept that and they are very rude on me. This is cheating customers I can say and looting money. I never prefer this dealer to any one. More

They found a lo The heat went out in my Nissan Titan. Within 30 minutes they were able to tell me what the problem was, how to fix it and the cost. They found a loose tie rod while inspecting my truck as well. Here we go with the additional charges right????????? Nope. They said it was loose and would need replacing but it wasn't needed right away. Due to the level of professionalism displayed by everyone in the front office I had them fix it anyway. My loaner car was a nice Nissan Murano. Now, my truck rides like it did when I bought it 4 years ago. I will be taking all of my vehicles there and when the new Titan Diesel trucks come out in 2015 I will buy it from this dealership. Master mechanics and a staff with class. I'm sold The customer service is amazing. More
Drove over 100 miles to go to this dealer, Well worth it! Car shopping for my fiance and myself started about six weeks ago. We are from Illinois and had spoken to and gone into six different dealerships in the Chicago land area. I am not going to even begin to explain what the experience in those dealerships was like, it would take many pages of anger and frustration. The last dealership in Illinois was Jidd motors in Des Plaines, Illinois, by far the worst dealership in Illinois if not the country. My fiance found the Pathfinder we were looking for on the Zimbrick Nissan dealership in Madison, WI. I looked at the car online but there were no pictures, So I decided to call the dealership and ask if it was still available. I spoke to Ryan Wilmot, he said it just came in yesterday and he hadn't had the chance to put pictures online yet. I asked him if he could possible email me some pictures of the car. Within 20 minutes I had several pictures of the car. I was impressed by not only the car but by the promptness of Ryan. I call him and told him that we had financing available, a trade in vehicle, and a down payment. The financing we had could not be used at this dealership. He asked if I wanted to my financing though them. I said not because Jidd motors had run our credit and given us 11 hard inquires. He said I understand I hope we can help you in the future. That Monday night after talking with my fiance we decided to give them a shot. We did the credit application. At 840am Tuesday morning Ryan gave me a call to say I am going to run some numbers and see what the best deal available is, don't leave your house until we have got something good. for the next couple hours Ryan and I exchanged calls to work from different angles on the financing, He kept me in the loop on every ongoing though the process. The last call cam about 1130am. He said I got you a great deal. Not only during the entire process did he keep me informed but managed to beat my banks interest rate. On this note I would like to thank Bill Weber in the finance department for making this work for us. Ryan said you ready to come your new car. We will see you in 2 hours I said. When we arrived Ryan said lets go look at your Pathfinder, not lets take a look at your trade in, or lets argue about trade in value. Not one time was I haggled, mislead, or put in a position of bargaining. Ryan and Bill took the time and put in all the effort from beginning to end to make this an enjoyable experience for us. When it came time for the paperwork, nothing was kept secret or hidden in writing. It was laid out for us, explained and every question was answered. As we were about to head back to Illinois in our new car, Ryan said let me get a picture. I thought why would he want a picture. on the drive back I received and email from Ryan with the picture of us with the car and a message saying thank you for taking the time to drive up here and your business. All I can truly say is Ryan and Bill please don't retire anytime soon, we will be back to purchase ALL of our next vehicles though your dealership. You have restored my faith in the customer comes first and your professionalism throughout the process was outstanding. Thank you so much for a great experience. More
This dealership was nearest Nissan Dealership to my home and also Costco "certified". I approached it through Costco Auto program for a new Murano. The price it quoted was little higher than non-Costco pric and also Costco "certified". I approached it through Costco Auto program for a new Murano. The price it quoted was little higher than non-Costco price quoted by another local Nissan dealership. But I tried to give my business to this nearest, local one. After 2 days of visit/negotiation we both agreed on a trade-in price and all financing for a new Nissan Murano. But they did not have the specific Murano in stock and located exact one in another town. The other local dealer in the same town had the exact Murano in stock but Zimbrick Nissan told me that they 'do not deal with the other local Nissan dealer'. Anyway, I still wanted Zimbrick Nissan to get my business and hassell to start the whole process with another dealer afresh. I signed the "purchase offer" agreement, while the dealership avoided signing it. It told me that they will sign only after they get the vehicle in dealership. Probably, fair enough. It assured me that they will get the car soon and would deliver within a couple of days. After few hours the salesman informed me that they want $500 more to proceed with the deal. I refused. I'm not sure if that was pre-planned. I would not deal with that dealership nor recommend it to friends. More

We pulled up and was greeted by someone, who didn't even ask our names until he had completely shown us 2 Acadia's. When the salesman opened one of the doors to the Acadia, he door dinged the other one. The Acadia that we wanted was dirty, had a candy wrapper on the floor, and something had spilled in the front seat. If they take care of cars like this in front of us, what do they do when nobody is watching? The salesman was not personable and seemed like he was doing his work strictly for a paycheck. Never again, will we go to Zimbrick! More
If it were not for Randy and the Zimbrick Nissan Service Department, I would have never actually enjoy driving my Nissan GTR. They truly take the stress out of owning a $100k car. What is the #1 fear any su Department, I would have never actually enjoy driving my Nissan GTR. They truly take the stress out of owning a $100k car. What is the #1 fear any supercar owner has? "What is repair and maintenance going to cost me?" "Are the service people going to rip me off just because I own an expensive car?" Never! Never have the guys at Nissan Zimbrick treated my differently because I own a GT-R. They have always given me the best price, been honest about the work that needed to be done and work that did not need to be done. All over the internet I hear stories of service people abusing customer GT-R during test drives, etc. Never at Zimbrick. They have 2 GT-R certified master technicians and both of them clearly have done a great job. They have worked on my GT-R's electronics for upgrades, they have worked on my brakes, and suspension, tires, interior. They have never denied my warranty work because I have modified my GT-R and have always represented my interests when talking to the Nissan North America to get work done at the best price. They always have the right GT-R parts in stock or get them very quickly. I have talked to other Madison GTR owners and they all agree, if you own a GT-R in WI and even upper IL, come to Zimbrick. Not only does the GT-R kick European super car butt on the street, but also when it comes to my service and ownership experience, Zimbrick Nissan kicks the European butt. They are simply awesome! Thanks for making my GT-R ownership experience so wonderful. More
I have bought 5 cars over the last 6 years from Zimbrick Nissan and every single time, not only did I get the absolutely best price in Madison and WI (I check against some of the Milwaukee dealerships too), Nissan and every single time, not only did I get the absolutely best price in Madison and WI (I check against some of the Milwaukee dealerships too), but they have also always made sure that the sale process was perfect, no stress, no games, quick turn around i.e. detailing, full tank of gas, free oil changes, a couple of free accessories. I have bought parts and accessories from Zimbrick Nissan to do my own maintenance, and they have always given me the best price for these, which has been better than buying OEM parts from the internet without tax. I do admit that certain items such as Mobil 1 synthetic oils are cheaper at Walmart, so I just don't get those from Zimbrick. The parts department has allowed me to return unused parts and accessories that did not fit or I did not end up using, e.g. extra quarts of transmission fluid, etc. at no restocking fee. The service department has been the real gem for me. For whatever maintenance that I have been unable to do myself or if it is complicated enough they have always done work exceptionally. First of they always get me the appointment time that I need, they always offer to give me a free loaner car and if one is not available, will let me know before I schedule the appointment, They try to do as much as possible under factory warranty to avoid any costs and for the rest of the work not covered under warranty they have been very competitive with price, and have always told me the price up front and explained why it was needed. I get peace of mind knowing that the work is guaranteed by a Nissan dealership and parts are authentic. Some of the things that I can remember being done under warranty for free are: complete rear differential swap on Xterra, drive shaft swap on pathfinder, new fuel pump on Frontier, new brakes on Altima, and the list goes on. Also I would not let anyone else touch my GT-R except Zimbrick service department. They even fixed a weird tire vibration problem on my wife's new Infiniti on the first appointment after 2 separate Infiniti dealerships did not manage to fix it. The people are great, the service is great and the prices are good. I leave happy every time and they have always gone the extra mile to keep me happy, and that means a lot coming from someone who does 60-70% of work on his own cars and does price check against other places. I cannot wait to buy my next new car from them, which will be before the end of 2012 for sure. I don't always buy cars, but when I do, I always buy a Nissan from Zimbrick Nissan. More

My initial experience was not a positive one. The gentleman I worked with was overly aggressive to just try and sell a car, without listening to my needs, preferences, etc. I was not happy with that gentleman I worked with was overly aggressive to just try and sell a car, without listening to my needs, preferences, etc. I was not happy with that service. In a subsequent visit, I provided that feedback and Clay took me on to help with the remainder of my car search. Clay was very friendly and more interested in learning what I was looking for instead of selling what he had available. He was helpful looking for cars inside and outside of the trade area; then was flexible on options with getting my final vehicle when we located it in Ohio (he allowed me to pick it up myself given transport costs). I feel confident that Clay will continue to provide me with good service, even a year after I purchased the car, should I have additional needs. The one piece of critical feedback was timeliness of communication after my initial visit. Clay was helping to track down the car I wanted at a number of other dealerships (so he was waiting to hear back from those folks), but there was a couple week period where I was asking for those updates instead of receiving that status more proactively. Until I saw the options that Clay came back with, it wasn't able to tell if my request was being actively pursued or if I was at the bottom of the list. A little more proactive communiation would have made me more aware of the work that was going on (when communication did come after I reached out, it was professional and helpful). Overall positive experience with Clay and I would ask for him again if I bought in the future. More
I gave high marks in all areas because they deserve high marks. The customer service my husband and I received from both Ryan Wilmot and Ed Koziel was exceptional. I had not planned to buy a car from Zimbri marks. The customer service my husband and I received from both Ryan Wilmot and Ed Koziel was exceptional. I had not planned to buy a car from Zimbrick Eastside because of the distance from our home on the far west side of Madison. I happened to be on the east side and as I was just beginning my car search I thought I'd pick up some information. Ryan addressed all my questions in a friendly, knowledgeable and professional manner. After test driving the car of my dreams a couple times I was sold. We decided to purchase our car from this dealership because of the excellent customer service, despite the distance from home. We then had the privilege of working with Ed Koziel, the Finance Manager and were equally impressed. He was friendly, surprisingly laid back (thought all finance managers were a bit high strung), knowledgeable and went out of his way to provide several financing scenarios. As we had done our homework, the price came very close to what we expected, anticipated and hoped to pay. We added a few features to our car and Ryan kindly delivered the car to my place of work in order to save me the trip. Couldn't ask for more. Customer service is lacking all around us lately but not here at Zimbrick Eastside. More
