We Love Denise! OMGosh we are so happy with our car and our experience at Zimbrick Nissan. We had had one heck of a week (a/c went out at the house, old vehicle neede OMGosh we are so happy with our car and our experience at Zimbrick Nissan. We had had one heck of a week (a/c went out at the house, old vehicle needed more in repairs than it was worth, our son was graduating high school, and family and friends coming in from all over). We had to replace the car but had a very limited budget. We also were hoping for a new car for the factory warranty. We told Denise when we walked in that we had about 4 other places to look and we were not planning to make a decision until the end of the week. She was amazing! She showed us the car we were there to see and then explained the "certified pre-owned" vehicles they had. We began looking through those and found the perfect car to fit our needs and our budget. It is almost new (2016 and about 5,000 miles) with the rest of the original warranty plus an extended warranty (still within our nearly non-existent budget), great gas mileage, more bells and whistles than I can count, and more for the trade in than we had hoped. It's not easy to change my mind, but after a few minutes of a test drive we walked back in and asked her to start the paperwork. We are thrilled with the service from Denise and Casey in financing, and beyond ecstatic with our Nissan Versa Note. Thank you! More

He also took the time to walk through all the features on the car and get my phone setup with the bluetooth. I had been searching for a car for over a month, and had visited the zimbrick nissan before. They definately had the best selection of cars within my price range, at low miles, and with manual transmissions. The only thing that wasn't ideal about my experience is that it felt a little rushed. But this was on both my end and the dealers end, and everything worked out. These are busnessmen/women and they know what they are doing. They really butter you up to make a deal, they have snacks and drinks available and the facility is very clean and nice. They clearly want your business. Personally, I find it easier to negotiate when I think the dealers are jerks, but this was a nice change of pace. More

Ross Schewe, my service advisor, has been grea I have been taking my 2014 Nissan Altima to Zimbrick Nissan for all service over the last three years. Ross Schewe, my service advisor, has been great to work with. He accommodates my schedule, is easy to talk to on the phone and responds to e-mails, and explains the work and the charges clearly. I have owned a number of makes of cars over the years and Ross is undoubtedly the best service advisor I have ever worked with. Also, the service itself has been fast and fairly priced. My car always comes back cleaner than when I brought it in, the free wifi works well when I choose to wait there, and the dealership building is clean and modern. All in all, couldn't ask for more! Service department sucks Service department absolutely sucks. They told me there was nothing wrong with my car and that all Altimas make a grinding sound when they start. Ho Service department absolutely sucks. They told me there was nothing wrong with my car and that all Altimas make a grinding sound when they start. However I know they don't because I had another Altima for 7 yrs before this one. My car is currently at another dealership under dispute with Nissan after they finally admitted there is a problem. They opened up the engine and replaced the timing chains at @Boucher Nissan of Waukesha over a week ago and they still can't figure out what is causing it .... more to come.... but I'll never take a car to Zimbrick again. More
