Express service On Entering the service center , Customer rep came out and understood that i was there for servicing with out an appointment , She said she can acco On Entering the service center , Customer rep came out and understood that i was there for servicing with out an appointment , She said she can accommodate and took the key and i was on my way out. All this happened was in less then 5 mins and i got a call in less then 45 mins that my car is ready for pick up. That was awesome. More

Service on 2018 purchased I used to rate service dept excellent but the last times I'v gotten the run around of when I can get it in. Had a wheel bearing and said couldn't ge I used to rate service dept excellent but the last times I'v gotten the run around of when I can get it in. Had a wheel bearing and said couldn't get it in for week. Had to beg to get car loaner so I wouldn't have to drive mine and maybe get stuck out on a highway. Have to get appts for oil change and usually can't get it in for a week or so. Used to be able to drive out and get it in. so I've had to change to local service to get that kind of service. More
