Was told upfront by internet salesman-Jeff that drivers door had 2 door dings that would be fixed-which I appreciated a heads up on that. When we arrived to see car, our salesman Ben met us out front-which was great customer service. When we mentioned to him about the door dings— he did buck that a little when I told him we were told they would be fixed—I had to be pretty persistent to make sure this got done— and it did ... so all is good 😊 More

Paying for service that's not being done. I’m not one to post negativity or leave bad reviews BUT Zimbrick Nissan really burned my hide today. DO NOT take your vehicle here. I pay for an oil c I’m not one to post negativity or leave bad reviews BUT Zimbrick Nissan really burned my hide today. DO NOT take your vehicle here. I pay for an oil change and tire rotation every 5,000ish miles. I’ve been having a hunch that my tires are not being rotated. This morning I had said service. I marked my rear tires with blackish nail polish and dropped it off. My parents brought me back to Zimbrick and I paid for the service. Zimbrick pulled my car up and I checked my front tires, where the rear tires should be now. Sure enough, tires weren’t rotated. I went back into the cashier and I said I paid for a tire rotation and didn’t get one. They said sure you did and showed me the paperwork. I took them out to my car and showed them the black nail polish STILL on the REAR tires. All I got was “Sorry my technician made a mistake.” My parents even piped in and said “for her to even have this intuition to do this says a lot.” I asked how many other times have I paid for a tire rotation and they weren’t rotated? The Service Manager tried to reassure me that they’ve been rotated all the other times because my tires wouldn’t be in as good of shape as they are. I said “how can you be 100% sure that they have been because of what happened today?” Basically he replied ‘well it’s in your service history that you’ve had them rotated’. Obviously because it’s in my service history doesn’t mean it’s actually being done as today proved. Zimbrick did NOTHING at all to rectify the situation except to rotate my tires that should have been rotated in the first place. More
