I have always been pleased with this service department. The last time I was there, I told them that my front radar detector keeps going off. They said it was a design fault? I just want it fixed and there was no offer to do anything about this. I am not pleased. After many purchases of Nissan vehicles, this seems hard to believe. And I am paying for a nice vehicle where something does not work? It will make me think about purchasing a Nissan again in the future. More
Purchasing a bucket list vehicle and a family vehicle. The first vehicle I purchased was a mini cooper that was always a fun car that I wanted own. When I located the car and contacted the dealership they hooked me up with Ryan and it was a perfect fit. We actually had a six degrees of separation type of knowledge of his hometown and where I have worked for 20+ years. We agreed on a great price for the car and I'm still racing young kids with it now and then. It's so quick. The second vehicle I purchased was a Suburban this last fall. I was not happen with the treatment I was getting elsewhere. I called Ryan's dealership and told him what I was looking for and price. He said, "Give me a day or two and I'll find it. Needless to say he did, met me at a different Zimbrick location and I bought it. He has a great personality and knowledge but, more importantly I trust him with getting my family the best vehicle and purchase price possible. I don't know if I honestly ever go to another salesman besides Ryan Wilmot again. More

Quick and simple purchase. Ryan met me at the door and answered a couple of quick questions. He went for the keys and brought back the car that I wanted to test. After the test they assessed my trade and raised the value of my trade acceptably. We struck a deal. In my opinion nobody could have done a better more efficient or acceptable job than Ryan did. He is a consummate pro with knowledge, patience and the pace that makes a deal work. He had the new car prepared while I went home for documents. When I returned he showed me the different features of my new used car in a manner befitting a teacher. Ryan is likeable. These might seem like procedural steps to management and if so great. I assure you that the impression was made that Ryan went above and beyond. Maybe it's just his nature, but he is an asset to your business. If I were to shop for another car I would go to Ryan first. The business agent deserves merit as well. Overall it was an excellent, stress free experience with masks at a six foot distance. I am also hard of hearing and was never made to feel uncomfortable as I often am. Easy five stars Ryan. Thank you. More
