I brought my vehicle in for warranty work. With the help of your service manager we timed my arrival and inspection on Wednesday so they could order parts for Thursday’s Nissan delivery. This did not happe of your service manager we timed my arrival and inspection on Wednesday so they could order parts for Thursday’s Nissan delivery. This did not happen. They did not order the part because you also wanted me to have a brake job, which I didn’t need, and buy new tires, which I don’t need. The part came in Saturday but you were not open. Your website says you are. They put the new part in on Monday and I picked the car up Tuesday because I live 1 1/2 hours out of town. Poor communication, poor execution, I will not be back. There are other Nissan dealers I can go to. Do not blame Adam for my bad experience. He was courteous. He’s was just doing what he’s told to do and that’s to up sell everything he can. It’s just that the main reason I was there didn’t get the attention it needed. More

Nissan compared to my Toyota dealer. Zimbrick is a ok dealership. They did offer my partner a customer loyalty discount which is nice but they also tack on a 249 dollar dealer fee which Zimbrick is a ok dealership. They did offer my partner a customer loyalty discount which is nice but they also tack on a 249 dollar dealer fee which is called something else. We asked for a 500 deduct from the quoted price and settled for half of that, which kind of washed the dealer fee. We were able to test drive the vehicle on our own so we were able to inspect it at our leasure. I special ordered a new Tundra so my cost was up to me on what the truck would cost. My deal included 24 month maintenance at no cost for oil changes and the like. I also get free tires for life if I service my truck there which I do. There isn’t a dealer fee which helps a bit and the service hours are open till 9 PM. A shuttle runs if you are waiting for maintenance within 10 miles of the dealer so you can have lunch or dinner out if you wish. There is Service on Sunday too, not in Wisconsin. It depends on the dealer what they offer, but it was okay at Zimbrick. More

Caring, Clean, Considerate Service This is my second or third visit for service on my 2013 Frontier and though this is not meant to be inconsiderate by any means, I've been a Zimbrick V This is my second or third visit for service on my 2013 Frontier and though this is not meant to be inconsiderate by any means, I've been a Zimbrick VW East customer for twenty plus years and they are the standard by which I measure and Zimbrick Nissan East meets the standard of service. Really good service, quick and friendly, and great with keeping in touch. My only negative (reason for a 4 instead of a 5) is that they did the oil change and tire rotation and THEN called me to tell me keeping in touch. My only negative (reason for a 4 instead of a 5) is that they did the oil change and tire rotation and THEN called me to tell me they recommended 4 new tires, so we had to pay for the rotation of old tires and then for the 4 new tires and alignment. It was only $25 or so of an $1,150 bill, but it seemed a bit shady. :-( Personnel and service itself was amazing! Only issue was that one policy. More
