So... Loaner vehicle DIRTY after told was clean... employees “short” when talking. “Sorry its not perfect. It’s been out 4x today.”brakes not fixed... when obviously noticeable. I haven’t called back re issue, loud brakes! Clerk VERY short when I asked for diff loaner. I was questioned why I needed new tires. Ended up that my tires were VERY worn on inside of tire and I NEEDED new ones. My car stalled after leaving service, AFTER work done. est amt $900 actual $1458! Not professional at all! More

I like the honesty of the service staff; they don’t recommend changes to parts that are still in good condition. I am comparing them with another dealership I visit for other car makes and Zimbrick Nis recommend changes to parts that are still in good condition.
