I've been coming to Zimbrick for service ever since I purchased my car in 2013. I have never had a bad experience. I am relocating to a new state, so I won't be returning. However, I would like to recommend Zimbrick, but at this current moment, I cannot unless those working inside wear masks. Given the global pandemic, everyone inside should be wearing a mask. I appreciated the sanitation of touchpoints on the car, disposal pencils to sign forms, etc., but masks are far more important than sanitizing surfaces at this point. This isn't a political issue. It really is about life or death and I hope that Zimbrick will reconsider mask-wearing. More
