The experience was splendid from the time that we set foot in the dealer till the time we left with our car. It did however take a while to get the car ready for us to take. John walked us through each step though and we are very satisfied. Car salespeople carry around a negative image with them but John taught us that there are a few good guys in the auto business. I will definitely recommend John to our family and friends that are looking for a new vehicle. We felt no pressure at all from anyone in the dealership. John gave us a tour of the building before we left and gave us a loaner car to use while they worked on ours. Great people to deal with. More

Make sure you check EVERY single part of the car or take it to your mechanic and have them check it out! Within a few days I found a problem with one of the buttons on the car not working. I called my salesman John Bridgeman; he asked that I bring the car in. I came looking for a solution to the problem but he was xxxx bent on blaming me for causing the problem. The way he dealt with the situation was rude, un-professional and degrading. Now I have to spend $200 to get this fixed. When I purchased the car, I was assured that I would be back there to purchase my next car, I guarantee I won’t be! More

I have done all of my service at Hyundai on my Accent for the past 10 years. Unfortunatly the transmission just went so I had to trade it in.
