A GREAT PLACE TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE My sisters and I were tasked with purchasing a used car for our mother. Our first stop was at a rival dealership in Madison, Wisconsin where the salesperson hovered over us the whole time, causing us to flee. Our next stop was Zimbrick Hyundai Eastside. We did not have to go any further. We were very impressed that sales manager Chris Vande Zande personally came out to greet us and asked what we were looking for. NO PRESSURE WHATSOEVER! After a short discussion, he pointed out to us that because of incentives currently being offered by Hyundai and the dealership, we could probably buy a new car for almost the same price as a used car. After test driving the Elantra GT, we knew we were interested. Mr. Vande Zande pointed out all of the car’s options and we decided to purchase the car. The negotiating process was painless and pressure free. We were then introduced to Darren Anderson who very competently completed the purchase transaction. On the way home, my sisters and I all agreed that we would definitely refer potential buyers to Zimbrick Hyundai Eastside primarily because of the excellent customer service we received from Chris Vande Zande and Darren Anderson.
