Great Experience Buying a car can be so incredibly stressful, my first priority was to get the vehicle I wanted at a reasonable price. The Hyundai location on the east Buying a car can be so incredibly stressful, my first priority was to get the vehicle I wanted at a reasonable price. The Hyundai location on the east side of Madison gave me everything on my checklist. I was greeted at the door and everyone was so friendly! Clean and calm environment, no one was pushy or rude. I worked with John Leung who had the car I wanted to test drive ready to go immediately. After a drive, we talked about pricing and he gave me a break down of the final cost on paper. The price never went up from there. I asked about dropping a couple of bells and whistles to lower the price and he gave me a break down on the final cost of a cheaper model. Ultimately I went the with the vehicle I originally test drove. He offered me financing options and respected the choice I made without making me feel bad or doubtful. I was at the dealership for about 2 hours. The biggest take away for me is that John was extremely informative but never overbearing. He got in the car after my purchase and spent some time going over the features and showing me how to use each one. Definitely a great experience from start to finish. More
