The best and most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. I did the research, knew what I wanted and found the vehicle here. Even though this place was over an hour drive away, in the end that didnt even matter. I then met Toby, the best car salesman I have ever met. He was friendly, informative, and not pushy in any way. He asked questions and got with me on every detail and associated cost with the vehicle. When he offered a service I was not interested, that was it, not continually asking or nagging me to reconsider. The day I picked up the car he got in the vehicle with me and showed me the basic operations of the car, the radio, OnStar and such. He even set up my bluetooth for me. My girlfriend was also pleasantly surprised by how nice and informative Toby was. He seemed like a genuine caring salesman, not just a guy trying to sell a car. He told me if I ever have any questions or concerns about the vehicle don't be afraid to give him a call because buying the car is not the end, but the beginning, and vowed to take care of any future issues. I also had foglights added to my vehicle and the service department was also a pleasure to deal with. You really get the feeling they want you to be satisfied when you leave and that is exactly how I left, completely satisfied. I would recommend Stark Chevy in Sun Prarie to friends, family, and anybody in the market for a new and used car and have Toby crunch some numbers and see what he can find for ya! More

They had it ready and we went for test ride. It was what I wanted so I made offer and it was accepted within 5 minutes. No hassles, no pressure. Great to deal with. I told them I needed to be out of there by noon and we made it. Great car buying experience. More

I was immediately contacted after submitting my information online. Ashley was super helpful with getting me set up with a test drive appointment. Not only did Mike go on the test drive with my wife and I and answered all of our questions, he also let us take the car home on our own to make sure it would fit in our garage. They didn't have the exact specs I wanted on the lot but were able to get me what I wanted within a couple of days! The negotiating process was easy and I didn't feel pressured or made out to be the enemy. The price was great and they gave me an outstanding price on my trade in. They were available and on time every time I arranged to come down there which is very important. They have earned my future business for sure. More

Ron assisted us when I was able to come in a few days later (I brought my family with), and made the entire test-driving, questions-answering, and paperwork-shuffling end of the purchase smooth and seamless. He even laughed at my jokes. I felt that my purchase was unpressured but highly valued. This is the second vehicle I've purchased at Stark Sun Prairie, and I have nothing but positive things to say about these folks. It was all great -- except for the piped in elevator jazz in the showroom. That was absolutely painful to listen to. More

I turned my car in to have the Drivers side door lock fixed and my cruise control that was listed as inspected and working but did not, I didn't notice that lock not working during the test drive so it w fixed and my cruise control that was listed as inspected and working but did not, I didn't notice that lock not working during the test drive so it was sold to me where the lock will not close with power locks when the door itself is open, so I must use a key to manually lock the door after I exit or the drivers side door remains unlocked. Can't even push it down with my hand, it resists. Spent two days, waiting around for calls. Had to call the dealer myself 3 times to check up on what was happening because no one told me how long it would be even with a guess, leaving me waiting at a friends house stuck two hours from home. Would have been 3 days. They didn't fix the door. Or the cruise control. More

The whole place has a great atmosphere, it doesn't feel like I'm being tricked or scammed or even rushed like some of the other "big names" on the West side of madison. Probably because they don't work on commission and feel at homes here themselves. I highly recommend this Stark. And Mike is the coolest car salesperson i've ever talked to ... More
