I love my BUICK! I want to say thank you to Brad Dennis for the excellent customer service he provided recently. My intent was to just look at new vehicles, never exp I want to say thank you to Brad Dennis for the excellent customer service he provided recently. My intent was to just look at new vehicles, never expecting to buy one immediately. Brad was extremely attentive during my brief lunch hour visit and made time for me to come back after work. I spent a couple hours test driving different models and he knew a lot about each of them. He was quickly able to answer questions about vehicle options I wanted in a vehicle. Once I decided on the Buick Envision, he continued to provide great service and explanations of all my questions. I never once felt pressured and it truly was a fun experience in less than 24 hours. Brad listened and that was most important. Since then I have had a few questions and he was extremely prompt in getting back to me.
