The one downside was an extremely long wait for the financing to be ready, it was well over an hour which did not go over well with our kids who were with us. Re-fixing a problem and lots more money I had my truck in to fix a draining battery issue. They said they had it fixed for $1700. A few months later, the same issue happened and this time I had my truck in to fix a draining battery issue. They said they had it fixed for $1700. A few months later, the same issue happened and this time it was $4300 and then they said I needed a new starter, ehich I do not disagree with, but they also said I needed a nee left rear lock assembly, because a warning came on. $500. I picked up my truck and they told me the same warning was happening....ummm....no refund was offered. Someone lost my keys, too. They said I would have to pay for a new one. After arguing and calling a friend at Zimbrick Chevy, they gave me a new key. Stress is the main issue, since they feel money grows on trees. More

Tom went out of his way to do research for us on vehicles that we were interested in purchasing and got us in right away to test drive some vehicles.
