They worked to get my loan approved .I have very good credit but limited monthly income. I was one happy women when they handed me the keys to my new car with a payment I could afford. Out of town service I was traveling from Minnesota and my AC went out. I pulled into your dealership at 5:00 and Jeff your service advisor said he had no tech that night I was traveling from Minnesota and my AC went out. Short. Sweet. Professional. My van was a little oversized for your shop they couldn’t lift it on a typical hoist and had to put on the alignment rack. That’s exactly the thing I My van was a little oversized for your shop they couldn’t lift it on a typical hoist and had to put on the alignment rack. That’s exactly the thing I was trying to avoid - they should’ve told me that that was the case before proceeding with service, I would’ve taken it to Zimbrick Sun Prairie the next day but, no. I warned service of this problem before work began - - they went ahead and did Oil Lube Filter anyway regardless of the fact it had to be done on an alignment rack which did not free up the wheels for brake inspection and possible tire rotation. So, a little disappointed about that flub up — everything else real good thank you. Will recommend to others. More
