Kyle offered us shuttle service to wherever we wanted to go while our car was being worked on which was great and which we appreciated. He reviewed the service that was provided and highlighted and explained the service that would be needed in the near future. He explained our options and didn’t use the pressure tactics so often resorted to in the finance office. The staff was also flexible to our schedule in making the deal happen. The detailing of the vehicle was “meh” by my standards but would be acceptable for most, including my wife, who the vehicle is for anyway. Overall, it was a low pressure, no BS purchase experience that I would recommend to others. More
