A pleasant experiance. I was notified of a vehicle recall for the rear window defroster. A very pleasant woman from Zimbrick called me and set an appointment right on the ph I was notified of a vehicle recall for the rear window defroster. A very pleasant woman from Zimbrick called me and set an appointment right on the phone.I pulled in at the scheduled time and drove right in, the gentleman approached me and within minutes I was in the waiting room enjoying some free coffee. After 30 minutes I was called and informed my vehicle was completed at no charge and they washed it also (very nice touch). I purchased my vehicle there and will be a loyal customer with all the service requirments needed for this vehicle as long as they continue with the great service and dedication to the customer and vehicle. Check Engine Light Repair So far so good! The check engine light has not came back on again. Zimbrick was nice enough to fill my gas tank for me, when I picked up my Encore, So far so good!
