Went in for oil change and tire rotate. Told service writer my brakes were noisey and to look at them. Apt was at 230pm. I finally got a call back at 445pm stating my truck was done and ready to be pic writer my brakes were noisey and to look at them. Apt was at 230pm. I finally got a call back at 445pm stating my truck was done and ready to be picked up; but the shop closes in 15 min! Got there after 5, got my truck, didnt give it the car was as they normally do, and the tech left his greasy rag on my passanger seat. My brakes are still squeaking, but invoice says they did an inspection. I dropped my truck off at a local shop today, and was told my inboard pad on my front left wheel was at 15% life and the rotor was bad. And, that my tires are 3/32 and should be replaced. Why didnt my dealer tell me this info!? More
