I bought my preowned 2012 Buick Enclave from a GM dealership in Baraboo. Their customer service was absolutely terrible. I drove an hour to take my car to Zimbrick Buick Eastside. Completing routine service on my truck. I arrived at my scheduled time and did not have to wait. The Service Tech (Amy Dillman) was immediacy there to greet me. My recent experience at Zimbrick East was excellent! I had my truck at another dealership for warranty work and they could not fix the issue. I took the service manager at Zimbrick for a test ride so he had my truck at another dealership for warranty work and they could not fix the issue. I took the service manager at Zimbrick for a test ride so he could hear the noise that could not be fixed by the other dealership. He said he had dealt with this before and knew exactly what the problem was. My truck was ready to go as promised and have not had any issues with the repair. The rental vehicle they provided was new and clean. Great experience and will use them again. More
