15k Tacoma service Had a bit of time on my hands last Friday afternoon and stopped into Racine Toyota for my Toyota Care free 15k service. Even though it was a Friday an Had a bit of time on my hands last Friday afternoon and stopped into Racine Toyota for my Toyota Care free 15k service. Even though it was a Friday and an unscheduled visit, I was able to get in and out in quick order. Ashleigh took care of everything. While waiting in the customer area, I even stuck my head into the internet service area where Kassandra did an update on my profile and change an outdated email address I had on file with my new email. I am not even sure what that is or if I said it correctly. It is under warranty for 10yr/100K. My warranty expired 10 days ago due to the 10 year mark. I called Toyota and spoke with Matthew. His quote was “it doesnt matter if it is 1 minute or 1 mile out of warranty, Toyota will not cover it.” I have only purchased Toyota (2) or Lexus (2) vehicles in the last 10 years. Four vehicles in total and all purchased new. Right now, I really dont care to purchase another product. More
