waisted trip I was due for my 25,000 ck, thinking I was due for an oil change I made an apt. I am not close to the dealership. I was told I am only due for tire I was due for my 25,000 ck, thinking I was due for an oil change I made an apt. I am not close to the dealership. I was told I am only due for tire rotation. If iI new that I would not have made an apt, as it is much to far of a drive for just that. When I made the apt. they should have told me what I was only due for and if I was having any issues to let them know as to take care of everything at once. Mistreatment My wife took our car in for service. She was told the belt was bad and it would cost $204 to fix. That is completely false and it was clear she was ge My wife took our car in for service. She was told the belt was bad and it would cost $204 to fix. That is completely false and it was clear she was getting taken advantage of. I had to call to figure out why such a simple project would cost so much. They dropped the rate , but if I didn’t call she would have been paying double what this work costs. She ended up spending 3 hours at the dealer. Because of this we will not be bringing our vehicles back. If I can’t trust a place to treat my wife as they would treat me then they do not deserve our business. More

Keep losing my ball cover at your courtesy car wash Six month service. Not much work required on the vehicle. Gave me a courtesy car wash and removed the trailer ball cover and did not replace had to as Six month service. Not much work required on the vehicle.
