A close call We had our Highlander towed in due to an oil leak. Thought the problem was going to initially cost $1400, but upon further investigation by the servic We had our Highlander towed in due to an oil leak. Thought the problem was going to initially cost $1400, but upon further investigation by the service person, thankfully the solution was not as costly as initially thought to be. Joel was GREAT throughout the whole thing, very personable and understanding and made me feel comfortable in their diagnosis of the problem and that it wasn't the more serious one we originally thought. Will definitely be back there for continued service of my vehicle. More

Oil change, check brakes, soaked carpets, and more I had a lot of things that i needed to get checked on my car. When I break, I hear scraping, and they put on new brakes the same day after they called I had a lot of things that i needed to get checked on my car. They were very friendly on the phone when speaking to me as well. More

They worked with me There were positives and negatives. The first negative was that the price of the parts was quoted higher than another estimate I brought in and had to There were positives and negatives. The first negative was that the price of the parts was quoted higher than another estimate I brought in and had to ask to get a price match. Positive-they matched the price. Negative-the parts department ordered the wrong part and I had to come in 2 separate times to get repairs done because the wrong part was ordered at first. I asked if I could get a free oil change for my trouble, Ashley asked the manager if he could do that and he gave me a $50 credit instead. This is a positive. To make my experience better, I would have preferred that the parts department match the price without me asking and that if there is an error from the service department (such as ordering the wrong part), that Toyota would offer a credit without me having to ask. They did take care of me after I asked, I would feel better knowing that it’s also Toyota’s goal to take care of me too. More
