During the service the consultant came out and made recommendations for future service needs as well as a thorough explanation of the current service. Beyond the great overall service experience our consultant Joel, went above and beyond to make sure the headphones my son left behind were found, tagged with his name & left secured at the front desk. He also took the time to reassure my little one that mistakes happen and its okay. Defintely won't service our cars any where else! More
