She was told that early oil changes are o.k. and the engine will last longer. So , what your people are saying is Toyota is lying and oil changes need to be done soonet. They also said I am paying for your mistake by using one of our extended care package oil changes. This is not acceptable and I am not taking a hit for your mistake . More

Part replaced was overpriced, lost record of previous work I brought my company-owned 2013 Toyota Prius to this dealer to have the electric coolant pumt replaced after 370,000 miles. The only reason I brought it here was because I was ordered to, by my boss. I could have had the work done elsewhere for less than half of the $1,048.00 I was charged. On top of this cost, they had no record of previous work I had done on this vehicle, and were recommending that I have the previous work to be done again ! I think most people realize that when you go to the dealer for service that you're probably going to get screwed with the cost. It sure would be nice if there was a dealer network out there that were more reasonable with their pricing. More
