I went in for an oil change and to have a rattle fixed. I came away with a $1700 plus bill. They said that the rattle was caused by the water pump bearing being shot, plus there was a transmission pan gas I came away with a $1700 plus bill. They said that the rattle was caused by the water pump bearing being shot, plus there was a transmission pan gasket leak. I told them to do it all, When I got the vehicle home and parked next to a structure, I could still hear the rattle. I took it back the next morning and they put a washer on a bolt that was rattling up against my exhaust and the rattle went away. So did I need the water pump? I’m thinking that I didn’t. I feel like I got hosed. When I went in originally, I told them to check the rattle. It sounded like something was loose by the exhaust. That water pump cost me over 900 bucks. Never again.!!! I would not recommend service at this dealership! More
