I have had a negative experience with service at Zeigler in the past, but I believe that was due to one service agent. Victor was no pressure, informative, and my scheduled service didn't take too long whil in the past, but I believe that was due to one service agent. We live in Racine, so it's much easier for us to have our vehicles serviced at Zeigler rather than going to West Allis or Kenosha.
