Very happy I stopped in to ask a question and to possibly reset the mileage reminder on the cars computer. I was taken care of immediately. We I also informed them I bought another late model low mileage Prius that wasn't quite ready to be serviced, they asked me to email the VIN so they could have it in their system when I brought it in, possible get some service history and look for recalls. Front Brakes When I arrived for my appointment I was asked to take a seat and someone would come and get me. I waited for 30 minutes before a service rep came. I w When I arrived for my appointment I was asked to take a seat and someone would come and get me. I waited for 30 minutes before a service rep came. I was very disappointed as I had made an appointment over 2 weeks earlier. An extra service was added to my service order which I did not ask for or need. As a single woman I count on my female service rep to ensure I am not taken advantage of. That is a huge reason why I insist on using a woman. Take the time to explain why I need the service and how it will improve or help maintain my car. My loyalty will continue if I feel my best interest is yours also. I no longer trust that you won’t push work on me that doesn’t need to be done. Truly a lost opportunity. More
