Unnecessary Background Detail I was happy that my service attendant found a recall notice on my car and had the passenger airbag changed, although I do not have any documentation t I was happy that my service attendant found a recall notice on my car and had the passenger airbag changed, although I do not have any documentation that it was even completed at this appointment. I was told that service would be 1 1/2 hours for oil change, tire rotation, and airbag change, but I was given my car back in 45 minutes, so I am still wondering if it even happened. Lastly, I was approached in the lobby with a long list of recommended services totalling over $2000 for my car based on the history of 1 other dealership from the last year. The assumption was that I have not had ANY of these services done to my car ever, which was not true. I keep my car maintained at all times and while it may not be on record, one should not jump to that conclusion. He could have asked me the question"if" it had done, rather than stating that it had not been done. I also prefer to be approached about what "needs" to be done with proof. I understand being proactive, but his reasoning was based on not seeing it in a brief history report. I gathered he wanted to service my car for just for the sake of just doing it. I was dumbfounded and completely put off by this !!! I have been told to not trust dealerships for this very reason. I did not appreciate being approached in this manner in public while getting my car serviced. It really annoyed me and ruined an otherwise pleasant experience at this dealership. I will not be back for any services in the future. More
Not helpful upon arrival I pulled my car through the service doors and unloaded my children age 3 and 5. Went by the service desks with no one acknowledging my reception. I wanted this to be a fast process because having a toddler and preschooler in an area that is loud and vehicles coming and going isn’t ideal. Upon making eye contact with everyone there I was told I’d be helped shortly. Then a lady asked if I needed help. I shook my head yes and said yes. She continued with a conversation with another employee. As more time progressed my agitation built as well. So I continued to wait and she again asked me if I needed help. At this point I was super frustrated trying to keep my children occupied while these employees carried on with their conversation. I snapped and said yes I need help, no one is helping me as I have already been standing here with my children for more than 5 minutes. More

Great service department I've been bringing my Lexus here for the last few years, and the experience is great. I like being able to go to a dealer's service department without I've been bringing my Lexus here for the last few years, and the experience is great.
