Two days in a row terrible service. Your dealership has screwed me twice. First when I purchased my new 2017 Toyota. Second, he took in the car for his scheduled oil change before going back to college. No oil change was done just an inspection. Called the manager to see when the last oil change was done (mileage) was told to bring the car back for the oil change. Wife returned to the dealer immediately and was again denied the oil change. I was about to go home (mad that they didn’t tell me this when I made the appt), but then they decided to see what else I might need since I was there. $300 later, I got a few flushes done that I’m not even sure are necessary. I felt screwed to say the least. I have nothing against Linda, but I’m curious why these maintenance items that are supposedly necessary weren’t part of the original maintenance appt. More

Service writer messed up my settings They messed up my settings trying to reset the maintenance light. They didn’t get fixed and left it messed up and gave the car back to me that way. I tried to make a phone call when I left but the phone was not connected any more. I took it back and the service writer messed with it and still couldn’t fix it. Finally a mechanic fixed it. I think that the service writers should know there job and if it is not right don’t give it back to the customer that way. More
