I recently had my Scion in for service like i usually do every month or so. The reason i brought it in was because my suspension was making a clunking noise upfront. after they completed the repair and char every month or so. The reason i brought it in was because my suspension was making a clunking noise upfront. after they completed the repair and charged me over $800 i drove home. The next morning when i got in the car to go to work i noticed a big black grease spot on my seat and carpet by the pedals. I contacted them and they said that they use seat covers and thats impossible. They did offer to try and remove it for me, but i would be charged for it. I work in an office and dont play with grease. It obviously came from them. Now my tan interior looks horrible, just because someone couldn't use a seat cover. More
