Knew what I wanted when I walked into the showroom and received professional and courteous service throughout the entire purchasing process. I continue to receive all of my suggested maintenance work completed through the dealership and have never had a poor experience. By chance, I have often dealt with Linda Salinas when I go for these services and she is just great! Very knowledgeable and courteous; I have NEVER felt pressured into any services that I was not interested in. On my last visit, I had a different representative take care of me and she was equally pleasant to work with. I had previously fell for the belief that you must go to Milwaukee to get good deals and did so for about 35 years of purchasing Toyotas, but I would highly recommend Racine Toyota to anyone who values the type of service that a customer who is making a major investment deserves. More

Horrible recall repair work I took my 2005 Toyota in for a under body service recall. The dealer added underbody coating underneath my pickup truck. After I picked up the truck I took my 2005 Toyota in for a under body service recall. The dealer added underbody coating underneath my pickup truck. After I picked up the truck, a few days later a tar like residue was falling off into the snow and ice in my driveway and garage. The tar-like substance got all over my garage floor, driveway and car mats. This residue got tracked into our kitchen and living room floors before we realized what happened. a month later and this material is still falling off. I called the customer service rep, who didn't bother to call me back... some underling returned my call and told me to "use soap and water to clean it up" This dealer not only lost my service business but all future auto/truck purchases from my family. More

Don't Walk RUN! Brought my OWN oil when I had my oil changed. Labor was more than their special! They stated the remaining oil was in the trunk.. LIE! They kept it which makes me wonder if they even used it. Linda was very rude! Plus they were going to charge me 120.00 to tell me what the "check engine" code was yet Wilde doesn't charge anything nor does Advance Auto. Will never return to this dealership! NOTE: we were in need of another vehicle and purchased another brand. If I can't trust the service dept its time to check out other brands. When you purchase a vehicle, the service dept is more important as the sales dept. They need Service MANAGERS who know something writing tickets up, not advisors who rather be chatting to each other and stuffing their faces with food. WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING THAT BOZICH AND GEIGER OWN. As its clearly obvious "client relations" are not important! A simple oil change and they can't accomplish that. They stated they checked tire pressure, another lie. Which only makes me wonder if my oil was really changed? More

Recently, I had to take my 2007 4Runner in for service because of a loud grinding sort of noise. At the dealership I was told my right-front wheel bearing had become worn. This repair I was not concerned with because it was still covered under warranty. The problem was the enormous scratch I saw along the side when I went to pick it up. I told the service manager, Rob, that it was not there when I brought it to the dealer. He then became very defensive saying “how dare I accuse his technicians” of doing this to my car. The scratch didn’t all the way through the primer, so I knew it would only need some sanding and a few quick coats of paint and clear coat. When I requested it be fixed, he said he would have to charge me for the body work. My 4Runner might not have a grinding noise anymore, but instead has a large scratch I plan to complain to Toyota about. More
