Visiting this dealership from the first minutes of talking with Brad, my salesperson, Dakota breezed occasionally to me to say hi, introduce himself, assure me that for me, concerns I raised wouldn't talking with Brad, my salesperson, Dakota breezed occasionally to me to say hi, introduce himself, assure me that for me, concerns I raised wouldn't be an issue. From those first words, I've car shopped enough in life to have asked why he and Brad would be as helpful and take down barriers that hold me up from making final buying decisions. Dakota assured me that he and Brad want to sell me a car that I'm going to love for life! I'm only going to say that they've proved it in my process of visiting and shopping there. I have to think about what I need and make the best decision possible so they got familiar with me and that I need to take my time, making the ultimate decision. At no point have Dakota or Brad not tried to nudge me to give them my business a little faster than I always wanted with the most insane deal offers I could ask them for if they would have been options. I didn't come to think that no would have ever been something that they would have told me. If I ever asked for anything important enough, I heard enough yes's to sink a ship if it was going to mean my business, which they fought for, every chance. Again, maybe I'm not like a lot of people because I've made the very best decisions I ever could have made for myself for years with no family or real friends in life to help. But I take all the time I need to make decisions that I love for years and Dakota and Brad never stopped following up with me and doing up to the end anything I needed to make sure I was taken care of, which was the last thing Dakota said he just wanted to make sure he did at the end of my most recent visit there. And through the time I chose to spend there to explore the best possible options in my car needs, I chatted eventually with people like Adrian, Noah, some names I've tried to remember but know I now forgot, but I loved the experiences I had there, knowing that this place would now be top of my list to consider handling my car options before anywhere else I've been.
