A lot of disorganization and waiting. I pre scheduled a test drive with a Rocelle for a specific car and after getting multiple confirmations the car wasn't ready when I arrived. Adam the sales manager had us test drive a different car and after we returned the car originally inquired about still wasn't ready. We only got help once we tried to return the key to Jakub. We finally got to drive the car we came for and couldn't finish with finance. after being there for two and a half hours. We returned Monday to meet with finance and it took an hour and a half to get into finance and I spent another hour with finance before I was done. Matt, our sales person was really great to work with once he knew we weren't being helped. More

Dead battery We woke one morning to find our car had a dead battery. After trying a jump start that failed we called Racine Toyota. We arranged for the car to be towed and they took care of the rest. They discovered that we had what may have been a 14 year old battery that couldn’t withstand the recent cold snap. Even after checking all the fluid levels they had the car ready in a few hours. More
