Completely Positive Experience! I contacted Racine Toyota after the competitor just down the road would not give me the plain and simple information that I was requesting. After work I contacted Racine Toyota after the competitor just down the road would not give me the plain and simple information that I was requesting. After working with the other dealership for over a month and not making any headway, Racine Toyota's Sue Karcher give me the plain and simple information that I was looking for which resulted in a purchase / sale in less than a week. Although we were unable to get them to come down on the price of the vehicle, they were able to finance it at a better rate than our bank, which in turn helped us save the money we were looking to save that day in the long run with the interest. Our salesman Jakub was friendly and him and the rest of the staff took care of us while we were there. Definitely recommend them. More

Leasing disaster I had a great experience dealing with Calvin, however, waiting 5 hours to lease a car in a snow storm and coming in 3 days in a row and I had a great experience dealing with Calvin, however, waiting 5 hours to lease a car in a snow storm and coming in 3 days in a row and another day a week later due to Toyota messing up was less than pleasant. We waited a very, very long time for the financial guy to come over and sign documents the first night, and at one point we were going to leave because we had been there so long and there was a snow storm. The following day I was greeted by a different man named Dan, from the financial department. From my understanding the previous night I was all good to go and was given the car, just needed to bring in my diploma and pay stub. Dan, however, informed me I was not all approved for the car and from his remarks made it sound like I was going to lose the car and have to return it. He even went so far to tell me to be careful with the car that night in case I needed to return it. You can understand why I was less than happy about hearing this since I was told I was all good to go and had the car in my possession. I even returned my rental vehicle, changed insurance, got fitted floor mats, etc. The next day Dan called me to tell me what further information I needed to provide. I had to go to work on my day off and have my boss, who also had a day off, come in and write up a letter saying I work full time hours and etc. I decided that if I did end up having to return the car, I was going to take my business elsewhere. After we faxed the document in, I never heard from Dan if I was approved or not, instead I had to call him finally to find out and once again go into the dealership. My boss coincidentally that weekend ended up needing a new car and did not even consider taking her business to Toyota because of what I was going through. I did receive all the emails from the dealership asking about my experience and I blatantly told them I was unhappy and dissatisfied, but never heard back from management. It made me feel like their emails were just a robotic thing they did and they did not really care how my experience was. A week later I got a call from another financial man who said Dan had over charged me on my monthly payment and I again needed to come in to resign paperwork. So tomorrow we will find out if this messy, awful experience is finally done. Overall, I was happy with the car shopping experience with Calvin, horribly unhappy with the rest of it. More
