Our salesman, Dave Paulson, was very informative and listened to what features we were truly interested in. Rather than try and sell us a car available on the lot, he and the sales manager, Kevin, imme listened to what features we were truly interested in. We received a call that night that the car had been located, and was on its way to the dealership. We were able to view the invoice price paid by the dealership, which confirmed that we had received a reasonable offer. There was no game-playing. The special offers (.9% financing, 2 years free maintenance) also helped a lot. Carlos in finance was helpful as well. When it was time to pick up our new Prius, Dave was very thorough in going over all the features. We recently received a call from Dave (on his vacation no less) asking how things were going. We also received follow-up calls from the sales manager. We couldn't have asked for a better stress-free experience. More

I then went to Gentile and was so impressed with Karen Begalle and Kevin Galli that I decided to look no further and purchase my 2010 from there. Both Karen and Kevin called me several times before and after the purchase to see if I was satisfied or had any questions. I have to say they were the reason I chose Gentile and would highly recommend Gentile Toyota to anyone. They also have a fantastic service department everyone there is very helpful and polite. I was looking for a specific van and after reserching on the computer I found yours. I had emailed at least a dozen places that had similar models and with working so much I thought they would jump at the the computer I found yours. But truthfully only Melissa called and emailed me back. My dad drives cars to the auction and had found one down in East Dubuque IL for me to look at. But it took him to rattle their cages to call me. I live in Portage and was willing to drive wherever to get the van I wanted. I must say the only reason I chose you was because of Melissa she called and emailed me several times. So we drove to Racine and the whole experience was wonderful. The van was ready for me when I arrived for a test drive and Duggan made the whole car purchasing a plesant time. Melissa YOU alone deserve all the credit for me choosing to drive to Racine if you had'nt given me the time like the rest of the dealerships did I still would be looking and contacting them making sure they still had a van there.
