Horrible recall repair work I took my 2005 Toyota in for a under body service recall. The dealer added underbody coating underneath my pickup truck. After I picked up the truck I took my 2005 Toyota in for a under body service recall. The dealer added underbody coating underneath my pickup truck. After I picked up the truck, a few days later a tar like residue was falling off into the snow and ice in my driveway and garage. The tar-like substance got all over my garage floor, driveway and car mats. This residue got tracked into our kitchen and living room floors before we realized what happened. a month later and this material is still falling off. I called the customer service rep, who didn't bother to call me back... some underling returned my call and told me to "use soap and water to clean it up" This dealer not only lost my service business but all future auto/truck purchases from my family. More

People were friendly, willing and able to answer questions. I sat in, test drove, slammed doors, open hoods and measure openings to make sure this was the right car for me. David Paulson went far beyond his job as a salesman. Not only did he do a great job in explaining the car, its features and warranties, he showed me what the small color swatch would look on an actual car in full sunshine. That was very helpful for a good color choice. Nice extra effort on a cold February day. He oversaw the accessories installation and made sure everything ordered was in place before I picked up the car. I will definitely return for another purchase with Racine Toyota and David Paulson. More

Purchased my new Toyota I was looking for black Toyota Avalon with almond interior and it was very challenging job. Finding one at Racine Toyota was like miracle. He even installed Bluetooth for me and I love it !!!! I had a minor issue with my brand new car just before we signed a deal but manager Patrick tried very hard to make things up ,so we ended signing papers at Jason desk :))) Another nice person ! I JUST STOPPED IN TO GET A SALES BOOK ON TACOMA TRUCKS I HAD NO INTENTION OF BUYING A NEW TRUCK TO REPLACE MY EXISTING 2011 TACOMA PICKUP TRUCK, I JUST STOPPED BYE TO GET A 2015 SALES BOOK FOR THE NEW TRUC I HAD NO INTENTION OF BUYING A NEW TRUCK TO REPLACE MY EXISTING 2011 TACOMA PICKUP TRUCK, I JUST STOPPED BYE TO GET A 2015 SALES BOOK FOR THE NEW TRUCKS. I MET JOSH FIRST AND HE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND NEW ALLOT ABOUT THE TACOMA TRUCKS AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTION. THEN JASON ASKED IF HE COULD DO AN ESTIMATE OF THE TRADE IN VALUE OF MY 2011 TRUCK, I SAID SURE. THEY CAME BACK WITH A VERY FAIR PRICE FOR MY TRADE IN. I WENT HOME AND DIDN'T THINK MUCH ABOUT BUYING A TRUCK. LATER THAT NIGHT I TALKED WITH MY WIFE AND WE FOUND A TRUCK ON THEIR WEBSITE THAT WE LIKED. SO THE NEXT DAY I MADE AN OFFER TO ROB FOR THE NEW TRUCK BASED ON THE TRADE VALUE THEY QUOTED. HE CALLED BACK IN AN HOUR (IT WAS LUNCH TIME) AND TOLD ME I OWNED A NEW TRUCK. I SAID I WOULD BE THERE IN AN HOUR. ROB MET ME AND DID ALL THE PAPER WORK IN A TIMELY MANNER. I TOOK THE TRUCK HOME THAT AFTERNOON . I REALLY LIKE THE TRUCK ALLOT AND SO DOES MY WIFE. Purchased my Scion XB -Definitely Liked Racine Toyota! I test drove a Scion xB and Toyota Prius V at two different dealerships in Milwaukee. I didn't feel extremely comfortable or uncomfortable at those I test drove a Scion xB and Toyota Prius V at two different dealerships in Milwaukee. I didn't feel extremely comfortable or uncomfortable at those locations. I decided I wanted the xB but wasn't looking forward to going back to the other two locations (Don Jacobs Toyota & Wilde). I looked online at the Racine Toyota site and was interested in the xB so I went there and had a great experience! It wasn't large like the other two stores and I felt more comfortable. EVERYONE I met there was great and I had an excellent buying experience. My sales Rep was very respectful of my time and was hustling to work w/ my time frame. The other two locations did not respect my time. My phone was synched before I left and I'm loving my Scion so far! Thanks to Racine Toyota! I have not serviced yet so I can't speak to the service department. More
