They both know their cars, of course, but they also know people--they sure worked well with us, giving us the information and the hands-on trials that we needed to make a prompt decision. A first class team that is part of a flexible and cooperative dealership. More
Awesome Sales People I was skeptical when I first walked in that I wouldn't receive a loan for a newer vehicle due to a bankruptcy and having a job less than a month, but I was skeptical when I first walked in that I wouldn't receive a loan for a newer vehicle due to a bankruptcy and having a job less than a month, but the sales woman worked with the guy in finance to get me a loan for my new Nissan. I was very pleased with their service, and I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to choose Racine Toyota. I give them a high dealership rating, and would go back to them if the opportunity was ever needed. More

Misrepresented My SUV after selling it as Fully inspected. Not a great experience for me after buying a used Toyota which I was told had been thoroughly inspected and ready for the road .within 1ST 500 miles Not a great experience for me after buying a used Toyota which I was told had been thoroughly inspected and ready for the road .within 1ST 500 miles they had to fix a front brake issue. Than after just 1500 miles the engine light comes on . I take it in immediately and they are recommending OVER 3000 dollars in repairs. including total brake jobs. I guess theyre idea of an inspection leaves a lot to be desired. The service department wiithout a warranty is REDICULEOUS in its pricing . I had back brakes done for under 400 dollars at Midas and inspection of the front brakes revealed they were not as bad as Toyota were stating. The back brakes Toyota was going to charge near 900 bucks. Needless to say I have no intention of giving Racine Toyota any business in the future . I certainly feel if the brakes are going after 500 and 1500 miles after there supposed high end inspection of the used vehicle which I recently bought that they did not do the customer any favors. I can not recommend Racine Toyota and would never purchase another vehicle from them . The Sales team and staff is friendly and likeable , but the maintenance over charging and misrepresentation of the initial vehicle condition certainly did not sit well with me .. Ultimately, I paid a fair price for a vehicle . But when I add in the misrepresentation costs I paid right after the purchase (within 1500 miles) I certainly am not happy with them or the crazy costs they wanted too fix theyre Highly inspected vehicle . I think its obvious they inspect a lot better when your paying the bill . I will pass on Racine Toyota in the future and would tell others to do the same . 6/2/15 UPDATE I will update the costs to fix issues with my highly inspected vehicle from Racine Toyota . The engine light came on . Computer stated it needed a Oxygen Sensor . Toyota price of part and labor was 500. Farm and Fleet price for parts and Labor is 303 dollars . My actual cost after buying the new part myself and having Farm and Fleet do the install is 190. More to come . Keep in mind I had the vehicle in Toyota and spent about 350 for initial BRAKE issue within 500 miles . At that time no other issue was stated at TOYOTA . Than when engine light came on just 1000 miles later (1500 MILES after purchase) AND this is a list of Toyota REPAIR recommendations and prices - Replace Oxygen Fuel Ratio sensor - Parts and Labor costs at Toyota 500.66 before tax My costs elsewhere was 190 .00 Note I do not fault Toyota for this part issue , but the price difference is DEFINITELY worth noting. I do fault Toyota for obvious Brake issues as they clearly did not inspect and disclose honestly as there is no way after just 1500 miles of a total and fully inspected ready to roll vehicle would get the following recommendations - Replace both front calipers and resurface brake rotors at the Toyota price of 616.54 before tax Replace of rear Brake pads, Rotors , and Calipers at Toyota Price of 832.14 before tax . Brake Fluid Flush at Toyota Price 99.95 before tax Power Steering Flush at Toyota Price of 99.95 before tax . Wheel Alignment at Toyota Price of 89.95 before tax Replace Timing Belt, Water Pump , and Drive Belt at Toyota 995.99 . These recommendations are at the 1500 mark of my vehicle . The total Repair bill that Racine Toyota is suggesting after selling me a FULLY INSPECTED by there department is astounding = 3235.18 PLUS TAX of 161.59 = 3396.94 I seriously must warn buyers that if this is the type of vehicle the represent in their lot as fully inspected and ready to roll at the time of purchase that they simply do not deserve your business More

Horrible Bought a BMW 325xi through this dealership about 2-3 months ago via Aaron Redding one of their salesmen. The car is absolute garbage. 96k miles with a Bought a BMW 325xi through this dealership about 2-3 months ago via Aaron Redding one of their salesmen. The car is absolute garbage. 96k miles with a ton of problems. Aaron told me "It's flashing codes, but if you can deal with it the car is fine". He then went on to tell me that the only issue with the car was the footwell module ($1000 fix) causing the headlight failure warning symbol to come on. FALSE! Mind you, I was charged over $11k for this car. I even had it inspected before I bought it but I feel like something fishy went on because it's one of the few things Aaron had that done for me. I wouldn't be surprised if the report was tampered with. Upon doing some research and making a lot of phone calls I found out many things about this car that Aaron did not care to explain. Bad differential ($3000 fix) causing my 4x4, ABS, and Brake light to always be on. This car is a death trap and I can't believe that a dealership would sell a car that could potentially kill it's buyer. Believe me, if I die in this car or get seriously injured because of the malfunctions you will have a huge lawsuit coming your way by myself or a family member. It doesn't stop there either, I made some phone calls to local Milwaukee area BMW shops to ask about the history of this car. I was told that this car had been brought in with water damaged headlights because Aaron decided to put aftermarket HID headlights in this car and because of that the headlight assembly did not fit the car properly causing the water damage ($1500 fix). Valve cover gasket was leaking oil ($500 fix) and the battery ($200 fix) in this car wasn't even for a BMW, rather it had a label on it for a Toyota truck (not joking). Aaron "assured" me upon arrival to pickup this car that it would be fully detailed. What a load of crap, cigarettes under the seat, kids toys in the trunk, a bunch of Aarons personal Country music CD's left in the glove compartment. It was beyond filthy. He had me fooled with the plastic laid down by the mats of the car to make it look like it was freshly cleaned and taken care of. I guarantee you he didn't lift a finger cleaning this car. This car should've been sold to me for $6-7k and that would've been fair. It's a sharky business over at Racine Toyota. It's sad that I have to wake up every single day wondering what will go wrong with this car next. Add up all the numbers, that should be deducted from the sale price or Toyota should be fixing every wrong thing with this xxxx car because their salesman was not being truthful. I wonder how Mr. Redding would feel if I filed a complaint not only against him but the dealership with the State Attorney General or the Better Business Bureau. I would give this dealership and staff negative stars if I had the option. Stay away from this place. Racine Toyota you have my number and I would suggest doing as stated above before I take further legal action. More
