Edgar R, the salesperson they have, greeted me as I walked in and understood what I was looking for. He went in full detail of the vehicle/warranty options with me to see what vehicle would suit me best, along with the features of each vehicle and trim. He went above and beyond for me, and my family, to get me into the vehicle that was right for me. At the end of the day, I went home in the a brand new 2018 Toyota Camry XSE. Also, he even went above and beyond just to find the vehicle and get it to me, since they didn't have it in their inventory. Edgar R is the person you want to see when buying a vehicle from Racine Toyota. You won't be let down. My family members all see Edgar now. Thank you, Edgar. Highly recommended. +1 More

Knew what I wanted when I walked into the showroom and received professional and courteous service throughout the entire purchasing process. I continue to receive all of my suggested maintenance work completed through the dealership and have never had a poor experience. By chance, I have often dealt with Linda Salinas when I go for these services and she is just great! Very knowledgeable and courteous; I have NEVER felt pressured into any services that I was not interested in. On my last visit, I had a different representative take care of me and she was equally pleasant to work with. I had previously fell for the belief that you must go to Milwaukee to get good deals and did so for about 35 years of purchasing Toyotas, but I would highly recommend Racine Toyota to anyone who values the type of service that a customer who is making a major investment deserves. More

Uncomfortable, unprofessional, and unpreparied The dealership its self is clean and appears to be well maintained. Like wise the sales pro i worked with made some less the ideal comments and a very poor presentation of someone who makes sales for a living. I was assured the dealership could improve my situation and given and email with my price and expected vehicle, when I came to see it and drive it I was told the deal was not for the vehicle advertised and that my situation was not workable. Also when "running" numbers both the manger and sales pro made multiple mistakes on the numbers which would have cost me an necessary $5000. I hope this is not a direct reflection of the Toyota motor group, if so I will not be purchasing a Toyota at any time in the future! a single star is generous. More

They provided us an acceptable price, and we made an appointment with them to get it. They said in writing they "would put the car on hold" for us. Three hours before the appointment, the sales manager called to confirm that we were still planning to come in, and we said yes. But after driving 40 minutes to the appointment, they tried to sell us a different car of the same color. When we said this is not the car we had discussed with them, they finally admitted that they had just sold our car a few hours ago! Nobody bothered to call us to cancel our appointment! They said we could order another one, but I told them I just drove 40 minutes to get THAT car TODAY! When I asked how they could sell a car that had been put on hold for us, the sales manager said, "well, we sell cars. That's what we do." I swear, that is a direct quote! I just couldn't believe it! Steer clear of these crooks! More

They scheduled me at the same time with 2 other customers for the same car. They using old and dirty "auction" game - "who pays more". Coincidence? Yeah sure, at 8pm on Tuesday for an old Prius. Right after i came, the sales guy already had the key ready for another person, who "was supposed to come 5 minutes ago but was being late". When I heard that, I told them I would not play any games. They assured me that I will be the first to buy, "no auctions". Well, it WAS an auction! As soon as i stepped out of the car, other couple got in. The car was fine, not without flaws, but over market value. Of course they refused to negotiate a single dollar, since "there are other clients interested. thank you for stopping by". THANK YOU for wasting my time! I called beforehand and was driving from Chicago! Also for a $4900 car you will pay $1100 taxes + fees. 20%, not bad. When I asked to break it down for me, the manager told me she would only do that when I agree to pay. Ha? You serious? It's just a joke. Don't waste your time, go elsewhere, or deal with arrogant impudent staff, get ripped off and pay crazy fees. More
Refusing and delaying refund of $4,000 over a month Purchased a car. Brakes squeaked. Dealer refused to change them said they are safe. I was ok with that. Dealer said whoever changed the oil spilled it all over. They cleaned it up. That was 3rd trip to dealer. Tried to refinance but couldnt because the $4000 of extras was preventing other financial institutions from taking the loan. Asked to cancel and refund the $4,000 repeatedly over several weeks. I was ignored, lied to, given the run around, left on hold, and laighed at. Very unprofessional place of business. Would stay away from all their cars. Still waiting on refund over a month later. More
