The RAV4 Turned out to be the car we were looking for. It had more storage space and a better reliability rating than the CRV. Since red happens to be my favorite color and makes a car more visible, that was a plus, too. More
Overall great treatment but the price haggle was too much. The only issue I had was negotiating price of trade in and purchase vehicle. I don't want to be told by the salesperson that they are working hard for me when they come back with virtually the same deal. I guess I am the type of person that says this is my offer and meant it and was ready to just leave. I also thought our salesperson should have stayed with us and although they had other clients waiting that should have been figured in the mix before taking us on as potential customers. DeVan however, was a pure joy to work with and took the time to explain everything on the new vehicle to us. I hope he gets at least half that sale, because he made the experience excellent for us otherwise I would not have gave that rating. More
