I still can't imagine the dealer still not making money on this process, when we received the car we wanted it came from CarMax in Kenosha, the price of the car $200 dollars less with their no HAGGLE price on the sticker.😏I guess not sure best approach for car buying so win win for everyone, Plus I really had to review the paperwork because I noticed a $1100 mistake my wife and I caught. Great experience My great experience began with Lisa who was the first to call me. I made an app't. and worked with Anthony. He was knowledgeable. I drove the two cars I was possibly going to purchase. I chose the Rav4. Anthony was very helpful and never seemed to "high pressure" me. After my decision, I met with Rex who was also knowledgeable and friendly. Then I met Jason and decided to extend my warranty, Again, knowledgeable and friendly. Also, a man named Blaine was very pleasant. When Anthony had to be away from his desk, he visited and made me feet welcome and comfortable. In fact, I have never been to a dealership where everyone spoke and were friendly. All were respectful to each other. I have already recommended this dealership to several friends and relatives.
