A Whole New Car Buying Experience I was very happy with my visit to Racine Toyota. This was the first time purchasing a brand new car for myself and my pick was a 2018 RAV4. Jakub wa I was very happy with my visit to Racine Toyota. This was the first time purchasing a brand new car for myself and my pick was a 2018 RAV4. Jakub was very informative, friendly and a non-pushy salesperson. Aaron was also a fresh insight to the financial part of the process. I have not bought from a dealership in a long time and this is not the way it used to be... it gives me a new and better perspective of car dealership buying. Satisfaction was the goal I initiated the process of purchasing a new 2018 Toyota Highlander when I called Racine Toyota and spoke to Lisa. She hooked us up wth Mark and he d I initiated the process of purchasing a new 2018 Toyota Highlander when I called Racine Toyota and spoke to Lisa. She hooked us up wth Mark and he did the rest. Both Calvin and Mason were extremely helpful. Mason helped us come to a final purchase price in a very fair and congenial way. We never felt pressured during the whole process, which is unusual in our experience. Mason was very patient in answering our questions as he explained the working of the new Highlander. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the people who answer the phone. They were pleasant and very helpful each time I called the dealership. I would highly recommend Mason and all the sales team we worked with. I am hoping that our experience with the service side of the house will be the same. I expect it will. More
