Both Calvin and Mason were extremely helpful. Mason helped us come to a final purchase price in a very fair and congenial way. We never felt pressured during the whole process, which is unusual in our experience. Mason was very patient in answering our questions as he explained the working of the new Highlander. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the people who answer the phone. They were pleasant and very helpful each time I called the dealership.
