Mistreatment My wife took our car in for service. She was told the belt was bad and it would cost $204 to fix. That is completely false and it was clear she was ge My wife took our car in for service. She was told the belt was bad and it would cost $204 to fix. That is completely false and it was clear she was getting taken advantage of. I had to call to figure out why such a simple project would cost so much. They dropped the rate , but if I didn’t call she would have been paying double what this work costs. She ended up spending 3 hours at the dealer. Because of this we will not be bringing our vehicles back. If I can’t trust a place to treat my wife as they would treat me then they do not deserve our business. More

Great customer service and pricing. I always take my vehicle to Racine Toyota for maintenance. One of the panels underneath my vehicle had come loose and I had trouble fixing it myself. A Whole New Car Buying Experience I was very happy with my visit to Racine Toyota. This was the first time purchasing a brand new car for myself and my pick was a 2018 RAV4. Jakub wa I was very happy with my visit to Racine Toyota. This was the first time purchasing a brand new car for myself and my pick was a 2018 RAV4. Jakub was very informative, friendly and a non-pushy salesperson. Aaron was also a fresh insight to the financial part of the process. I have not bought from a dealership in a long time and this is not the way it used to be... it gives me a new and better perspective of car dealership buying. My hopes are high that the service department will follow through with the high quality of customer care. I fully plan on all follow up and any future purchases to be handled by Racine Toyota. Satisfaction was the goal I initiated the process of purchasing a new 2018 Toyota Highlander when I called Racine Toyota and spoke to Lisa. She hooked us up wth Mark and he d I initiated the process of purchasing a new 2018 Toyota Highlander when I called Racine Toyota and spoke to Lisa. She hooked us up wth Mark and he did the rest. We discussed my desire for the top Highlander trim line with a factory tow package. We drove one and it met our needs. Mark advised they would need to find one to satisfy our requirements and the deal was done. The car came in and we were very satisfied with the car and process.
