Yes, Racine Toyota, you got the sale. Yes, Racine Toyota, I will use your service department for warranty service. Beyond that, I will take my business elsewhere. You have sold me two vehicles, Racine Toyota, but you will not sell me a third. Had my first buying experience been as bad as this one, you would not have sold me a second.
