I've had many vehicles in my lifetime and have NEVER had an AMAZING experience working with this dealership. Brad was committed to help me get the best rate for financing a balance and I couldn't be happier. It was the first time I EVER actually enjoyed being at a dealership. I also stopped in service a couple of weeks out of driving home my brand new 4runner and realized how fortunate I was to have such a great dealer if I should ever need service too. The waiting area is so nice and comfortable with the fireplace and comfortable chairs especially, I wouldn't mind waiting for my vehicle for longer periods of times if needed. Made appt for an oil change and tire rotation and spent 2 hrs waiting because they fixed recalls without my permission. Was not updated until I went out to ask what was taking so long.
