This dealership is a total scam! The price listed on-line is not the price they honor. They retrospectively tac on money for work they performed on the vehicle without giving the customer an option, and it c is not the price they honor. They retrospectively tac on money for work they performed on the vehicle without giving the customer an option, and it comes out on the bill of sale. Specifically what they call the “Z-finish”, for which they stated was already done pre-test drive and would add $2500 to my final cost of the vehicle. Steer clear of this place, it’s under new ownership and so far things don’t appear to be going well! Also, when I arrived for my scheduled test drive the car wouldn’t start, dead battery, on a car that was supposedly test drove four days prior. Huge concern and red flag on the upkeep of the vehicles on their lot, and I would have thought for a scheduled appointment the car would have been at the front door and ready to drive. Steer clear of this place! More
CJ was great to work with and could answer all of our questions! It was a no pressure sale and I felt comfortable working with him. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone buying a car. questions! I came to Zeigler Toyota because I saw an advert for a used car at a good price. I knew taxes, titles, etc. would rise that price, but on average it should only raise the price ~$1,500 (per edmunds.com). used car at a good price. I knew taxes, titles, etc. would rise that price, but on average it should only raise the price ~$1,500 (per edmunds.com). However, I get to the dealer and was quickly told that the car would cost a full $3,000 more than the price online. Understandably shocked, I asked how. The manager then proceeded to tell me if I’m not willing to pay that much I shouldn’t even bother test driving. Like are you trying to sell a car or screw people over?!? Maybe I was to naive, but either way, I felt misled. I liked the car and did want to buy a car, so I proceeded anyways hoping that I could negotiate some of the excessive fees away. I was able to get them to knock $300 dollars off. Obviously not enough, so I walked away. I then got a call that night saying they could offer a lower price, so I went in the next day. They worked with me and we were able to reach a price I felt comfortable with. I still felt misled, so I wanted more of a decrease in price, but we had reached what I felt was a fair price. But then things went from poor/bad to worse. I waited 3 hours to get into financing after being told it wouldn’t take more than 1. I get into financing understandably annoyed, expecting an apology. Instead I get a “you were waiting a bit weren’t you? I usually don’t feel bad when I make people wait, but you waited a long time didn’t you” or something to that effect. Needless to say, it felt insincere. Fast forward a couple days, I come into pick up the car. I’m told the plates should be put on the car, but they aren’t. I’m told that they are locked in finance and that she’ll be in at 9. It’s 8:30 so I think, not so bad, an inconvenience to be sure, but nothing to be upset over. I know am writing this review at bout 10. In totality I’ve been waiting for finance for over 4 hours and counting now. And finally was offered a sincere apology from the manager. Overall a poor experience at Zeigler Toyota. Like I get sometimes we have to wait in life. But, the lack of willingness to apologize at Zeigler Toyota I feel like is indicative to the service you’ll get here. They only care about your money. Whether you are happy or not isn’t a priority to them. TLDR: This dealer misleads customers and doesn’t treat them as a priority or even important. More
Never Ever Buy a car from this dealership. The manager openly lied to us. He tried (Jacob) to tell us the price of the vehicle changed last weekend when clearly we had email confirmation from the dealersh openly lied to us. He tried (Jacob) to tell us the price of the vehicle changed last weekend when clearly we had email confirmation from the dealership showing a lower price two days ago. I can not stand people that lie. You will be much better satisfied going someplace else. How unethical! More

Disappointed ... very disappointed. I had a signed purchase agreement from before Zeigler took over the dealership. We had a car on order which finally arrived. As it arrived and we are doing the pa purchase agreement from before Zeigler took over the dealership. We had a car on order which finally arrived. As it arrived and we are doing the paperwork somehow the price had changed and increased. Ray, who was working with, pointed out where the price change was and just that it's more now with Zeigler. I'm not even honestly sure if that is legal as often when a business is purchase are they not liable to satisfy all outstanding agreements? The matter is just over slightly $100 which in the scheme of a new vehicle is not a lot however the ethics behind it leaving me questioning why anyone would want to go to this dealership. More
