I had the worst experience buying a vehicle here CJ the salesman was terrible he kept wanting me to look at a vehicle I didn’t want, then when he was saying how much my payment was he started saying around salesman was terrible he kept wanting me to look at a vehicle I didn’t want, then when he was saying how much my payment was he started saying around 300. Then it went up to 400. Then he he never said how much it was when I went to sign the paper work and after hating my experience they could not even fill up the gas tank. Just terrible dealing with this company. More

Our experience was the worst at any dealership I’ve even seen. I want to talk to Aaron Zeigler and tell him what is going on. We went there with $20k ready to buy. They showed us a nice Subaru and we wanted seen. I want to talk to Aaron Zeigler and tell him what is going on. We went there with $20k ready to buy. They showed us a nice Subaru and we wanted it. The price was $16,490. While at the table for the paperwork, someone else test drove it. It turns out the guy works there and it was a scam to make us think someone else wanted it. Right after the sales manager brought a paper with figures on it. So the price went from $16,490 to $21,500. There were a ton of fees including li jack fee and some Zcoating fee for $2,500. When I said I didn’t want that he said you have to pay it we already put it on. And we have to keep our service people working. I was FLOORED!!!! I said why isn’t the price to start with $2,500 more??? Why tell us after.? I checked and there was never the Z coating put on this 7 year old car. I said the price was $16,490 and I’ll give you that plus tax title license and NECESSARY FEES. He said nope. I said your gonna let a $20,000 easy sale walk out the door. He said yes. We left very angry. I am not the first one with this same issue . Just check. But to lie about a coating being put on and I have to pay for it, and another test driver that I found out later worked there. Unbelievable. I’ve bought a lot of vehicles and NEVER seen this before. I’ll go back to carvana or car max. They don’t do this. And to let a guaranteed sale walk out. I can’t wait to talk to the owner cause this unethical and probably illegal tactic needs to stop! More

Very respectful, polite, intelligent, prompt, knowledgeable. Even when I called to ask about the vehicle, making sure it was actually there. Because you know how some places use bait cats to get you in. Fiona who answered the phone was on top of her game. I appreciated that. They work with educators credit union which is my credit union. Just a mile up the road.I was pre approved, so I went up the road gave them my paperwork, and within a 1:2 hour I was able to Return with a check for my vehicle. I ran out of time so I couldn’t finish my paperwork. But it’s fine it gives them time to clean and re inspect things for me. This is a great team of people, with a relaxed environment, that make you feel valued as a customer. When I find someone I like I stick to them. And I’ll be sending anyone I know l, or who ask me to go to theses guys. They all have great energy and you can feel it when you enter their building. Elvis I’d my go to guy. But I would be happy to work with any of their team. Their just off the expressway so east to find and get to. Check them out you won’t be disappointed.
