The Service department is exceptional - competent, efficient, and welcoming. I love my Subaru and one of the things I love more are the service people and advisors. I never feel anxious when I take my car in for service because they always ask me before they do anything I haven't the service people and advisors. The service department staff are very friendly and explain everything very well. It is great that they allowed me to see the damaged part on the vehicle while on the car lift. The prices for replaceme explain everything very well. It is great that they allowed me to see the damaged part on the vehicle while on the car lift. The prices for replacement parts could be a little more competitive but the labor rate is quite fair. I wish they would contact the customer sooner when special order parts arrive in the shop. I would rate my Subaru service experience a 9/10 - thanks for everything! More
