The Subaru Company should be ashamed of this dealership! The service team (even the manager) refused to work on my Subaru vehicle because we did not buy it from them. They also refused to look up our contra The service team (even the manager) refused to work on my Subaru vehicle because we did not buy it from them. They also refused to look up our contract to see if our problem was covered under a warranty we purchased. If you wonder why we didn't buy from Bob Rohrman Subaru and instead drove an hour away to buy from another dealer - THIS IS WHY!! Terrible customer service and shady dealings. More

I brought my car in. I was told one price. When we went to pick it up. Was told a much higher price. It got taken care of. Another nightmare experience Third time in a row we have taken our Subaru to have it serviced at this dealership, and what a nightmare again.
