I was not only able to get my service scheduled for a Friday afternoon, but they were able to both complete an oil change and do factory recall work within hours, and get me back in my car before the end of the work day. Kenzie also ensured that I got a loaner vehicle so I could return to work during the afternoon while they worked on my vehicle. Definitely recommend this service center for all of your Subaru repair and maintenance needs. More

My experience was exceptional! Clean, comfortable and finished in a timely manner. I arrived in the express lane and was promptly greeted. Explained that I was there for my 12,000 service. The service te finished in a timely manner. I arrived in the express lane and was promptly greeted. Explained that I was there for my 12,000 service. The service tech explained what services would be performed and how long I should expect to wait, then guided me to the lounge. It was a clean and comfortable waiting area with drinks and restrooms and free WiFi available. I was greeted by a text when they started the service and asked if I needed anything. When the service was completed I received a text and I returned to the service area. The service tech then explained what was completed and made me aware that there were no issues. From start to finish I was kept aware of their progress...and it only took about 35-40 minutes and I was back on the road!! More
Normally service is good but this time I almost got charged for something that was not done. Fortunately the service advisor caught the error and had it fixed. However the recall/service work caused a charged for something that was not done. Fortunately the service advisor caught the error and had it fixed. However the recall/service work caused a rest of the computer and they did not check to reset my clock which I was able to do and there were other setting that I had to bring the car back in to have reset.
