My first experience with Bob Rohrman Subaru was a few weeks ago when I had to take my 2005 Outback to the dealer for an airbag recall. I was impressed with the service area - clean, well organized, efficient, and friendly. I had to leave my car over night and was given a loaner Outback to drive. I would give them a five-star rating on customer service, except that it had taken months to get the work scheduled. As part of the recall service, they did a vehicle inspection and recommended quite a bit of work (the estimates for which seemed pretty expensive). I chose two items that I wanted repaired, but the parts for them were not available until the following week, which would have meant using the loaner for several more days; since we have a dog who travels with us on most trips, this wouldn't work for us. We took some time to check out the used Subaru in the lot and visit the car sales department - I asked if they had any "swag" and was cheerfully awarded two t-shirts. If money and the dog were not an issue, I would go back. More
