The dealership seems to have the best interests of the customer in mind with the addition of the Express lanes as well as the lane reserved for appointments. There was more work that had to be done on my customer in mind with the addition of the Express lanes as well as the lane reserved for appointments. There was more work that had to be done on my car, which was going to take much more time. I told Jenny that I would need a car to make an appointment that was later that afternoon. There was none in the regular car pool, but she kept looking until she found one and I was able to keep that appointment. Jenny went above and beyond. More
